I tried their Korean BBQ Chicken Burger and Strawberry and Elderflower fizzy drink. The taste was all right. The service is fine. More affordable than other eateries nearby.The app/scanning at table was not working when I visited. So we had to order at the counter which was a bit slow.This is a fast food joint, so one must not expect fine dining here.

The worst burger ever had (Classic Beef). Even hungry, I couldn't eat it. I asked for a well done burger but it was burned. The chips very oily and tasted so bad. The staff was kind.

We came at around 7:30pm but a lot of the items were sold out. Ordered a medium-rare Mighty Burger, Classic Cheese Burger and Chunky Fries. Loved the beef patty even though it’s a bit more cooked than medium-rare but still very juicy. Recommend to anyone who liked a meaty burger.

Even though it sells fast food, if you want to grab something quick before a movie or concert, don't go there!! It took over 45 mins to have my order served (just 2 burgers and 1 french fries) and the food quality was not good. I ordered a medium cooked beef burger but it turned out to be very well done" and the portion of the French fries was not very generous. It's not value for money. The other US fast food chain store in the shopping mall should be a better choice."

It was my first time at GBK at the O2 Arena. I went with my fiancé and we had two burgers and they were delicious. I had a double beef burger actually with a pint of San Miguel. Very tasty. Highly recommended!

Shockingly bad experience! After waiting for a long time and seeing customers arriving after us being served, I asked whether everything with our order was OK only to be told ‘fine’. Mains (burgers) arrived shortly after were cold and had become almost like plastic. Sides were forgotten and arrived later with some of the fries still being frozen! Upon complaining, fries were taken away and a new portion was served with some of the fries still being frozen! Almost felt like a prank at that point. Sides were refunded in the end but this does not compensate for the ruined meal experience. Abysmal food quality and service.

Having been to other branches, I knew what to expect and was not let down. Solid burgers, with crispy chicken and a great sauce on the Korean Burger. The wings were a surprising addition on the menu and were nice and crispy. Food arrived pretty quickly as well.

Firstly, our burger patties were burnt to coal and my fries arrived ice cold 2 minutes after the burger arrived. They completely forgot about the onion rings and I had to walk over to the entrance to request a refund because service is non-existent and employees are only there to take food to tables and clear tables. I must also add there were only 3 tables when we were seated initially.Secondly, table service doesn't exist as they insist you order from the GBK app. This would be perfectly fine but mobile reception is blocked in the restaurant and in order to use their WiFi it is mandatory to either connect with your Facebook account or to provide your date of birth and postcode.The employees do not seem happy to work there either.If you want to try the worst burger you've ever had at a premium price, then visit GBK at the O2.

Quite liked this place. Had a meal deal around £9 veggie burger, drink & fries. This deal is only available at certain times. Otherwise burger around £12 - student discount available. You get a table then go to the counter to order. Portion size OK- not massive. Staff friendly
