I bought a product from here that broke the next day.I went back to the shop to show them the broken product and Ask for a refund.Instead, they insisted that the product was not broken and that I was wrong.I have since heard of others, that have gone through similar things with this shop.SCAMMERS SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS!!❗️❗️(Would give 0 stars if possible)

A problem with storage which has been driving me mad for a week, was sorted in a few mins. The two guys were brilliant. Very polite and so helpful. Know where to go from now on. Highly recommended.

AVOID!!!!! Terrible company. FONE SQUARE Cant Even Spell Phone Properly, Let Alone Fix Phones Or Apply Accessories Correctly. I Approached This Store For A Screen Protector For My 3Week Old Brand New Samsung S23 Ultra, Abdul, A Very Rude Arrogant Fellow, Fitted It Along With Glueing The Volume Button STIFF, So It Was Rendered UNUSABLE, But Wait Im Not Finished... He Also Managed To Get GLUE Inside The Front Speaker! So Hearing People On Phone Calls Was Near On Impossible. After Realisation, On Return, He Tried Scamming Me Into Thinking My Phone Case Was To Blame, Thankfully Im Not As Stupid As He Is & Didn't Accept His Pathetic Excuse. I Demanded £1400.00 For The Cost Of The Phone Or A Court Action Would Be Taken Against Him, After 48Hours He Came To The Conclusion Paying Me Was The Only Thing He Could Do, To Avoid A Lot More Added Costs That Losing In Court Would Bring. But Listen To This... He Accepted Responsibility Only Because I Had Evidence He Was Responsible, Due To Recording Our Conversations On Another Device, But Refused To Refund Me For The Screen Protector He Fitted. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service..I dropped my iphone X and the screen was damaged, popped into Fone square for a screen replacement. They had the screen in stock and within an 20 min they had sorted it all out. Excellent service.Highly recommend this company!
