Absolutely brilliant. I went with multiple problems, Jay first gave me a consultation to address the issues. The deep tissue massage was perfect he was very knowable and he also provided solutions to help me long term. I walked away feeling so much better. Would highly recommend. My self and my other half were experiencing a fair bit of pain from our shoulders. Booked in with Jay, assessed and found to be my rotator cuff, and my other half’s issues were coming from the opposite side. Both had our treatment and are both very happy with the service and how we felt after.Jay was very thorough and professional from the off. Gave us some exercises to do from home.Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this guy enough, 3 weeks of pain and discomfort in my shoulder and after 60 minutes I walked out with 80% less discomfort, couple a days later and I am nearly 100%. Obviously as time goes by and through the great advice given by Jay I’ll be fully recovered. Jay definitely knows his stuff, ref the booking process Jay was very agile and accommodating. I had a deep tissue back and neck massage and it definitely worked. Try him out he did a great job you’ll not regret it. Thanks again Jay, London Marathon here I come.

Great experience from start to finish. Great set up and cosy room. I Went with arm problems due to being a massage therapist myself. Jay helped with my pain and was very knowledgable. I also had shoulder pain and he helped with that too. I felt like butter when I left and like I had some real work done. I feel great. I was unsure about sports therapy as I do not like pain and id heard a lot of painful stories, but I was not in pain once, he spoke me through it all and checked in regularly.Jay was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable and at ease!

Jason came to give my father a massage who was just out of hospital. He was very friendly and worked with my father to provide a deep tissue massage. My father was very happy with the massage in fact we will be calling upon Jason again during my father rehabilitation. Thanks jason

After an 18 month gap from treatments due to surgery, I went to Jason.Was very impressed at how thorough he was in terms of ensuring he understood my needs and was knowledgeable about my conditions and how to treat them.Most importantly-I went with a partially frozen neck and left 90m later with almost full range of movement. Will definitely be going back.

After training with an injury for a marathon I was struggling to even walk pain free. After an initial consultation which took minutes Jay worked magic and the pain relief was instant and every visit equally improvement and it wasn’t long before I was back running pain free

Had 2 very good sessions with Jay to unlock my quads, hamstrings and calves, recovering from arthroscopy on my right knee. The assesment and sport massage therapy by Jay is speeding up my recovery to athletic performance. Definitely I will be booking more sessions.
