Extremely DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. Steer clear. Paid £100 for full head highlights but after washing my hair some days later, the top of my head and fringe have no visible highlights! I was told by the owner that I would have to pay for more to have it put right! The underneath of my hair is a streaky orange colour. Absolutely fuming! Feels like they must do this on purpose to get extra money. AVOID AT ALL COST.
