Great place to see how noodles are handcrafted by the artist followed by warm delicious soup noodles to eat. Ordered a beautiful honey lemon tea which was such a saving grace after a week of fever.

This will be an excellent choice if you miss Chinese food in Birmingham! Around £10 each. Love the handmade soup noodle but the fried noodle is a little bit too salty.

Such a wonderful place! Despite dining quite late in the evening, the noodles were still cooked fresh, piping hot and had an incredible flavour. Very clean restaurant and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will be recommending this hidden gem to everyone!

The best hand made noodles in Birmingham, the texture of the noodles are incredible and there’s lots of different types and toppings to choose from. Also veggie options if you’re looking for that. Really authentic and delicious!

Liu Ji Hand Made Noodles
Very lovely, super polite, family run business. Even though I ate there six hours ago I can't stop thinking about what was very much the best noodles I've had in 10 years. It's a bit of a honour to see the head chef create your noodles in a minute from dough, then later have it stir fried and presented on a plate. A real rare treat to have it so fresh, bouncy to the bite. Just perfect. Dreaming of my next visit. Thank you again.

Really good handmade noodles. It's a family run business, the front of house lady is always very kind.Highly recommended their fried beef noodles.It is cash only though - but there is an ATM nearby.

I popped in for lunch and was met with warm service, equally warm broth, and beautifully braised Dezhou chicken. The noodles were fresh and arrived in about 3 minutes. I’m going to visit again for sure.
