I've just edited my response to show how unconfident you became after this lengthy comment to my one-star rating.I didn't mention anything about being late or arguing about it, and I would prefer you to cancel my appointment with no refunded deposit rather than your staff being rude to your customers.The only thing that I was upset with was your staff's way of dealing with us. No one would be upset if you treated them in a respectful way. No matter what the situation, as long as the others speak to you respectfully, you should do that in return.The displeasure comes when you treat people rudely, and that is exactly what happened to me.It is worth mentioning that there were two staff members; one of them was kind enough, and she told us clearly that your appointment might be cancelled because you were late, and we accepted this happily. However, the other one started arguing in the middle of the reception area to teach us some lessons about making your appointment on time, talking to us in a disrespectful tone, and the way was very irrespective; she made it feel like it was personal. I am not sure why!Ignoring the fact we apologised and mentioned the sudden health circumstances I faced before the appointment as I have tough pregnancy symptoms, which I don't have control over, and that what makes us late, she ignored all of that, didn't have empathy for it, nor was she understanding; she even said you would know if you were sick before the appointment time!while sickness has no time to set!Our 7-year-old daughter was with us; she was very excited to experience this moment, but the way that receptionist treated us was unprofessional, made us very uncomfortable, and really made that experience the worst for all of us.

I have been to this clinic twice and both times my experience has been amazing! The clinic is so clean and the staff are so professional and so so lovely. I was met with Lana and Tracey both times who were both amazing and so kind. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and eased any nerves. They were so apologetic as we had a little wait which wasn’t an issue at all, and treated us to some free photos for this. Would definitely highly recommend this clinic ☺️

Booked my wife for a scan at 26 weeks to go check for growth of baby is ok after being told she has gestational diabetes. Apart from the Sonographer the staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. They made my daughter feel very welcome and she left with a Unicorn cuddly toy and a Big Sister sticker.The two ladies took their time with us and listened to why we came in and und erstood our why we came in for scan.I would have given 5 stars, however, the sonographer was a disappointment. He is very quiet. You have to ask him questions and considering we came in because we are worried about the growth I thought he would have measured our baby from head to toe. He did take some measurements, but this particular one he left out. I’ve been to others in the past and usually experience a lot more engaging and friendly experience.It also felt to me a bit on the rushed side, it did not feel like 15 minutes to me, although I did not check this. We went back in to record the heartbeat of our baby after my daughter wanted a teddy with a speaker that sounds out the heartbeat.Overall, good experience, but Sonographer could have been more in depth in terms of measuring and engaged more with us.Thank you to two ladies at reception and who led us in the consultation room. You two were great and welcoming!

Made you feel welcome very professional will be back and same day bookings at a good price lots of extras too thank you for letting me see my first grandchild

4d scan didn’t really work they said it’s due to baby’s position, they could’ve done something to make it work.Also I purchased a cannon with confetti to do a gender reveal with my family, I used it a few weeks after the visit due to waiting to do the reveal and the day comes and it never work. So we waited all this time for nothing to a huge disappointment and was embarrassed we could not do a proper nice reveal infront of loads of members of my family.The overall experience was an absolute disappointment and not worth it at all.

My kids since finding out I was pregnant have been so excited they kept asking me if I could take them to my scan and they wanted to see the baby. So whilst the nhs doesn’t allow this I thought I would Google private scan places, and I saw baby 4d clinic online.When we arrived we were really welcomed in. From the beginning to the end the staff made this whole experience so magical and worth every penny. My children got to take away a special momentum from the day which was a teddy bear with the heart beat of the baby. They both took their teddies to bed and just made us all so super excited.We did opt for the gender reveal in the room and we got to see the kids reactions whilst all finding out together. We found this experience with children so special.Thanks guys. We loved every momentum.All the staff are amazing.

I was quite worried so it was nice to have reassurance scan. Sonographer was really experienced. My partner says as he works as a doctor. The only thing I was not happy with was coppies of a scan. I was expecting normal square scan prints but instead I was given photo like prints that werent bestest quality and proportion to actual scan.
