Today I took my car to here. All brake pads and discs were supposed to be changed. However, they checked and said that the rear discs needn't to be changed. So they reduced the costs. If I had taken my car to national car service in Gosford Street, I would pay 800 pounds for Brakes. This service is totally reliable, polite staff, and honest. Thanks a lot. Don't hesitate to have an appointment from them.

Be prepared to wait a long time! I have used this place for years, got booked in and I have been sat in my car waiting for over 2 hours......I knew I was gonna have to wait but not this long! will definitely think twice about coming here again!

A puncture repair on my last visit. I went during lunch break and they explained it would be a longer wait time due to work already in workshop and I would have a shorter wait if I could drop at 08:00 following morning. Next morning a quick and fuss free drop off and swift repair. Always good service and my first choice.

Got 2 new tyres today . I was quoted a price but when I was presented with the bill it was an extra £20 which they said was for tracking which I was not quoted for. I should have been told this before they went ahead with the work. When I went to drive my car the pressure in each tyre was all very different. Someone had not checked this before letting me have my car back. The staff on the counter made me feel like I was a nuisance.

Got a quote for a new exhaust from them this week £552!Went to C&C Tyres & Exhausts and paid £280 & got it done on the same day! Thats almost £300 cheaper!I'm an older single woman so they must have thought I was an easy target..I'll never use them again

I have been coming here for years. What I like it is that you can trust them to give you their honest opinion. They are very busy, so I would strongly recommend that you call ahead. Otherwise you might have a long wait. However they are happy for you to leave your number and to call you when ready so you can enjoy food in the city.
