Great place for furniture but not great on communication, drove all the way from Worcester on Sunday which was OK when asked if we could come that day. We arrive to be told can't collect on a Sunday.Not a very happy experience, won't come here again. We are still to collect We will try this weekend and hopefully we won't be turned away again.

Very friendly helpful staff going above and behond. I was just visiting on the day but for those who live in the area I highly recommend. Living in Wednesbury (sandwell) have closer branchs to me but would buy from this branch.

Have a lot to choose from as the store not only has a great selection of both mens and womens clothes, shoes, handbags scarves . It is a big store and also does have a great rang of furniture. I do find this store to be expensive though

Staff are friendly & shop appears well run & pretty clean considering there are always people in it.

Great service rang up about a 2 piece sofa I wanted and it was saved for me and delivery was on time and drivers were very helpful and even put the sofa together very happy

This is a wonderful shop, run by wonderful people, for a wonderful cause. If you are looking for anything please go here first. It's a massive shop over two floors and they cover most everything for the home. Living dining kitchen bedroom bathroom. Gifts electronics. It's ace. Clothes books dvds jewellery the list goes on

We have bought some excellent bedroom furniture, from the store, over the last few years. Although, it's marked as being second hand, some of it has actually been unused, or is hardly worn at all. The range of items is very good, so we've always managed to match the furniture we already have. They also deliver and collect unwanted items for donation, which is much better for everyone & the environment, than throwing things away. As it's a charity shop, any profits hopefully to go a good cause. Their services are highly recommended, by all our family and friends.
