LOVE this little emporium!TINY corner shop type place, packed to the rafters with almost everything you could ever need or want! Lots of reductions and deals.Super friendly, helpful staff who have truly gone the extra mile with their excellent implementation of Covid safety measures .Prices higher than the larger stores but very long opening times, up to 9pm in the evening.

I am vegetarian and wanted to grab a meal deal from the freezer but they just had fish which even after talking to the manager And customer service haven't been able to help me. I felt discriminated and left out as a person who decided not to eat animals.I have been in co-ops before where the manager just swamped the non vegi option for some vegi burgers out but it's a hit and miss. In my eyes very poor of co-op and in future trying not to support a company like that. I rather go to Aldi they are amazing with their offers on vegetarian options!

Absolutely disgusting service.My dad has been ordering from here for 2 years nearly now and he rings up to make sure they get his order right and still every time get it wrong. Laughing at him down the phone and making a complete mockery of him and it’s absolutely disgusting.

Really good selection and friendly service. Has an atm inside, and home delivery available. Opens early for commuters as this is a high traffic area. Store never gets over busy, and they are quick to open more check outs when needed. A very good example of a excellent chain.

Classic coop-shop. Well stocked always, and good selection of products there. Staff is well trained, and effective. Paypoint, and other top-up services are present, and ready to use at counter. So you can top up your electricity, and gas there as well. If you need to top up your gas card for example, they seems to have broken machine for a while now.

The co...op as always been extremely expensive.if u go to mutley plain co..op...if u look around u can get food items reasonably priced overall verdict very very expensive.The staff arrr slow.no ones ever on the till...The shop floor is clean.The shelf's are always stocked up.i would say a lack of customer care.staff training needed.The shop needs more fruit and veg

Got refused service buying alcohol as I had my teenage daughter with me. They thought the red wine might of been for her. Even though we have been in the store on and of for the last 14 years. Can be good for offers occasionally.

The staff here are very helpful and know the store very well. The membership option keeps me shopping here and the range of products is great. It would be good to see a few more vegan and veggie options from this chain.

Its my fav shop to pop in for bits throughout the week. Really good deals that you cant get elsewhere. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything. Wide range of good quality produce. Free parking, wheelchair and pushchair accessible.
