Our experience renting through Stirling Property Shop was excellent. I found all of the team to be helpful and approachable, and was thankful for their quick, insightful responses to any issues or questions we had. They ensured the process of securing a property was as stress-free as possible!

Great at first. However, upon leaving the property they all but stopped communicating with us and only responded once a formal complaint was threatened. This led to the MD Kevin Valentine writing bizarre late-night emails suggesting my neighbours and my pets didn't like me. So that is all you need to know about this operation. If you need to know more, just Google and read the numerous articles about the place.

Honestly the best letting agent I've met so far in my four years living in Stirling as a student. I have met every member of the Stirling Property Shop Team. And I can say, Kevin, Declan, Andrea, and Claire, all of them have been wonderful and accommodating.We've had our differences in the past, but we managed to work through them, which makes me appreciate them all the more.Based on my meetings with them so far, I can genuinely tell that they're hardworking and always try to do right by their clients, be they renters or landlords. The team are very reasonable people and easy to talk to, especially if you drop by their office. If you treat them with respect, I can assure you that you'll receive the same in kind.

Renting a property in Stirling can be very challenging and time consuming. It seems the demand is way higher than availability. I spoke with some people who invested several weeks, even months to get to find a place to live. Luckly, I was served by Claire and Stirling Property Shop staff. The only agent who was quickly responsive, who showed real interest in helping us find a flat to rent. We exchanged a couple e-mail's, a phone call, met to visit the place Claire suggested, and two days later the contract was signed. On a scale of 0 to 10 I would give them 11.

The experience I had with Stirling property shop was excellent from the first stage to the last stage. Kevin was always there to support through every step in moving in and also while we moved out. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hassle free move in with the best services.

Claire at Stirling Property Shop was so helpful when we were planning a move from Canada to Stirling and had to do it all over the phone and via email and the internet...a tricky thing! But Claire was kind, patient, and extremely empathetic, and Kevin, the director, was also lovely. It can be challenging to move overseas, but Stirling Property Shop made it feel like we were coming home. Heartily recommend!
