Shambles. They have a sick baby sat right in front of them and all they can say is it's standard procedure to call ahead so they wouldn't do anything

Efficiently run. Make sure you have an appointment before you go there or you'll get turned away. Ironic as it's a walk in centre but thems the rules"."
