I will never try to give my business to this florist again.Customer service is about what the customer needs, not delivering 4 days later because it’s more convenient for the florist.I placed an order online, the order was place in plenty of time to be delivered on Friday, (especially as I see they are still offering next day delivery)I was contacted today Thursday saying because they are very busy it would be better for them if they could deliver on Tuesday, 4 days later Christmas Ev. After a number of emails back and to I found out it would be more convenient for the florist to deliver on Tuesday because they had another delivery going to the same address on the Tuesday.I cancelled by order.

I've used Floral designs twice now for deliveries to my girlfriend whilst I've been at sea. The lovely lady I've spoken to on both occasions has been very helpful and the bouquets have been excellent.She even informed me that she doesn't charge extra for putting XXXX on the bottom of the delivery card seeing as I had forgotten!!A pleasure to do business with!Thanks againPhil.
