Challenger Tyres

The worst experience I ever had avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. That guy is so rude. Do yourself a favour and take your custom to McClarens just around the corner on St Josephs Road. So much more professional. How this guy at Challenger is still in business is beyond me.

Avoid at all costs, bad customer service, made worse by the fact the customers are disabled! Not completed the job after being booked in, and then sent them away without no appology or concern. You do not deserve to be trading!!

Went to get the tracking sorted on our car. Made an appointment and was sorted quickly. Staff friendly. Very reasonable priced. Will use agin

Walked in and booked for my tyres balancing the following day at 3:30. Turned up at the garage for it to be locked up and no one to be seen. Tried ringing to which no one answered. Drove around the corner to Mclarens and they got me in straight away.

Had my car recovered to this garage on the 12/8/22 at 11 oclock for drive shaft repairs this was a aa claim through part labour cover which nick at the garage knew about nicks customer services was very poor he was very rude and agressive towards myself swearing shouting and threating behaviour telling me he was pushing my car out of the garage say he was struggling with work load on a hot day everytime the phone rang he couldnt work on cars mine was the only car in the garage and nick had no pressure in fixing the car on the same day as aa was going to sort a hire car out but nick said he have car done the same day as some 1 that as experiece domestic abuse this really shook me up i did as nick a few times not to speak to me in a rude manner and i just got attitude rude poor customer service skills wouldnt reccomend using

Always helpful, if he doesn't have the tyres I need he can order them in. Works super quick!

We rang ahead to get an emergency tyre replacement. He made us wait half an hour and then refused to change the tyre. He was very unprofessional and rude, definitely avoid him.

Top bloke and great service received. Repaired me a puncture and fitted me new discs and pads. Very reasonable prices. I'll be going back when I'm ready for new tyres.

Hi all, please avoid this garage, read all the comments before visiting.he doesn’t deserve even the 1 star.that guy is unprofessional, untrustworthy and very rude.I booked an appointment over the phone, when I went there he refused to do the job.You really don’t deserve to be trading.
