They never seem to receive any prescriptions the doctors send over, it takes them nearly all day to find them. A lot of the time they don't have what medication you need in stock. Say come back in a few hours for your prescription and then when you go back tell you it's still not ready!

Appalling customer service,medication that should take 24 hours to receive takes 5-6 days (if they have been ordered by pharmacy at all),poor attitude problems from pharmacist down to assistants, when customers are unhappy the staff discuss the issues within earshot in a derogatory way and make no effort to resolve problems,customers are the problem as far as they are concerned, I think they are only still in business because they are next to a drs surgery, cannot be because of customer service or satisfaction. Avoid if at all possible.

Needs to open before 9 and stay open later so people who work can actually pick their prescriptions up before or after work. Only being open 9-5 makes no sense, I have to take time out of work to pick up a prescription. That said, when I do manage to go, service has been good.

My experience here has always been brilliant, I have to pick up my prescription on a Saturday, but I always check that it’ll be ready on Friday after work. As soon as I walk in they know me on first name terms and reassure me it’s ready and waiting for Saturday. Alway friendly and take time to ask how I’m getting on. I love the staff here never had any issues in over 4 years. They need a medal after seeing some of the abuse they have to put up with off inpatient people who blame the staff for short comings which are clearly out their control.Thanks Martyn Kay

use regularly but occasionally they mess up by giving me chalk based zapain instead of the capsules when I've said loads of times I can't get on with them as the make me boke

Over a period of time this year 2020 the customer service at this branch has gone from poor to terrible. I appreciate the stresses everyone is under due to the extra workload because of Covid, but the service shouldn't have suffered too. The service has depleted to a level where I will not use this pharmacy again from losing perscriptions, to taking 9 Days to make a multiple item perscription up, due to them changing the way they do this, without informing the patient, whereas a simple text or phone call would suffice. One female member of staff was down right rude and doesn't know how to listen to instruction whatsoever, to that means in the past I've missed my turn in being served as I don't want to be served by her again. Bad show Rowlands Pharmacy. A more polite professional Pharmacy beckons in the future.

The team at this pharmacy have gone above and beyond to make sure that I got my meds today. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding efforts. Great team.

Always an excellent service, a very busy pharmacy sometimes have to wait, but the same as most pharmacy's these days. I have seen some very rude clients here. Thank you for all your hard work and help

It's a tragedy, I'm coming to pick up the medicine, I'm not supposed to spend my wages.THEY SAY I HAVE TO GO CHANGE MONEY!THIS IS SUCH A TRAGEDY I PAY AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CHARGE!
