I completed on my first property last week with the help of Jason! Amazing service and available to always answer every question I had. As it was my first home, I was unsure of the processes I needed to take and Jason talked me through them all, even during covid, he made sure we had zoom meetings to confirm details etc. Thank you Jason! Jason was brilliant. He was so kind and patient with us and made the process of applying for a mortgage so straightforward. Incredibly responsive over email when we needed updated MIPs quickly. More than willing to talk to estate agents when making offers and they were conducting their due diligence checks. He honestly makes everything so straightforward we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We were recommended to Ideal Mortgages by our Estate Agent's and I'm very thankful we acquired Jason's services as our mortgage broker. He was very friendly, helpful and approachable. There is no doubt he saved us a lot of time, money and hassle during the process. He also managed to recuperate some early repayment charges which we thought were irrecoverable due to being given this information directly by the mortgage lenders who we had been dealing with. This was due to his experience and knowledge of the market. Very happy with the service provided by Ideal Mortgage's, can't recommend highly enough.
