EPiC Gym Portishead

So I finally went for it and signed up for the 10 week mixed transformation course in April. Was best thing I’ve done in terms of fitness. The change in mindset has been phenomenal for me, educating me in what I put in my body and taking each of us on a journey to amazing results. The step through the program was well thought out and coaches all keen to support the many questions from us all. Recently took part in 24 hour charity challenge, which I couldn’t of imagined 12 weeks ago, great community to be part of and fully signed up EPIC member, would highly recommend

The absolute best gym around. Such a friendly environment where you honestly get so much support from both members, staff members and coaches. The team have so much knowledge and they take the time to go through everything with you from nutrition to technique to gym floor programmes.I was completely lost and had no idea how to best go about weight loss so joined the 10 week body transformation. BEST THING IVE EVER DONE! I now have an great understanding of macros and nutrition, I have got my love of fitness back thanks to EPIC! 15lb down and still counting! Thanks guys!!

I joined EPiC back in January 2023 starting with their step classes. Since then I have recently finished the 10 week body transformation course and loved every minute of it. Every member of the team is welcoming and knowledgeable, the facilities are great, all the classes are well planned and different and I have always been welcomed with a smile and by name. This course made me push myself in more ways than one but it has done amazing things for not only my physical health but my mental health too. I am now a full member and will be continuing with this journey.

I highly recommend Epic gym, the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help.I joined Epic on their 10 week transformation course and it's the best decision I've made! I didn't have a clue about nutrition, macros, gym weight workouts... I was your typical cardio gym girl (when I could be bothered to go!!)I'm absolutely loving using the full range of gym equipment and weights available, plus going to classes which are high energy and make you feel like you've had a proper workout afterwards. I now have a complete understanding of nutrition and macros, and know exactly what I'm feeding my body! I feel healthier, happier, mentally and physically stronger (plus have dropped a dress size which is an added bonus!)I injured myself halfway through the course but the coaches helped me adapt my training so I didn't give up! Thanks guys!I'd highly recommend Epic gym for the 10 week transformation course, but also just for the gym and classes. They've helped me change my lifestyle, and I can't wait to carry on my journey with Epic!

I have been with Team Epic just over a year now and I say TEAM as that’s how you feel with this gym, All the staff/trainers are great people with huge knowledge and expertise and will help every one individually and support them which was a winner for me as it’s a gym has that community feel about it.Recently I signed up for the Body Transformation 10 week course and this has raised the bar for me, mentally, physically and I have seen good results in my weight loss. Going forward after this course I will be in a much better place within myself for sure.Always time for one more rep !!!

I signed up for the body transformation course and it is the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. The team are educational, supportive and cheer you along every step of the way of your fitness journey. Cannot recommend the course and gym enough.

I did the 10 week body transformation what a team @epic I was not expecting the results that happened in this period. Great motivation by the whole team. Instructors take the time to know you as a person and push you as individuals. Could not recommend this enough as a gym to train in no matter your experience or level. A community gym ran by very professional team achieving great results no matter your goals. Cannot thank the team enough and the journey still continues and learn new things. Felling stronger physically and mentally.

The 10 week body transformation programme has had a significant impact on my relationship with food and my understanding of my real nutritional needs. I've really enjoyed trying out lots of classes and gaining confidence in weight training in the gym. The last 10 weeks have re-inspired me to return to previous levels of fitness that I had felt were unattainable at my age. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Epic or the course to anyone - the guys are all awesome and the Epic community has been so supportive and encouraging, proud to be a member.

Midway through the 10week transformation course and loving it! Fantastic crew of epic staff guiding you along the way with fitness, nutrition and general advice for a better lifestyle. Equally brilliant group of people taking the course and helping each other along. Massive transformation already and only half way! Can’t recommend Epic gym highly enough.
