The team including Ann and Delia got our very well loved but poorly dog sorted out after we changed from our previous vets. All the staff have been lovely and friendly. This is how veterinary practices should be.

Our first appointment was today with Melaine and WOW, we were VERY impressed!! Our little Jack Russell (Daisy, aged 13) isn't keen on any vets or even being restrained as she goes mad! But today, Melaine was amazing and so thorough with Daisy and wasn't rushing, she managed to check her over with no stress! (what's her secret!?). This was so amazing. The two lovely ladies at the reception were very lovely. This now gives us GREAT confidence with our new vet!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!(Simon, Sammy, Daisy, Lenny, Teddy Bear)

Just moved to the area and registered my dog here this morning. Needed an appointment ASAP for a nasty ear hematoma. Was seen within hours. The staff are all genuinely kind caring people and the facilities are excellent; even the price was a delight to see for a change! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I started using Henlow Vets when they first opened a few years ago. From the start they were caring and friendly to myself and my pets (2 cats and 1 dog). From day one they have always been there to help us when needed. We have a Sprocker and he likes to eat things so we paid a few visits to the vets so they could help him out.Unfortunately recently we had to say goodbye to one of our cats. His name was Rufus. He was 13yrs old. He was always friendly to us and to the vets but mainly he was our daughter's best friend for 7yrs of her life. Always sleeping with her from when she was in a moses basket to when she was in a bigger bed. He was so patient with her through her younger years, from when she wanted to pick him up (incorrectly) to when she wanted to brush his furr with her hairbrush. However one day I took Rufus to the vets when I noticed he was not himself.  He wasn't eating and was always hiding away from us all. The vets took a look at him and after some blood tests they informed me that he had severe kidney disease. He was then hospitalised and the team of vets really took care of him for a few days but he wasnt eating and was sadly fading away. The vets were very supportive throughout all of this. We decided that we should let him go even though we didn't want to say goodbye. We brought him home so that we could all spend the last day with him. This was very sad and heartbreaking to watch our little girl say her goodbyes to him.I contacted the vets as I needed to know what was going to happen on the day we say our goodbyes.I had never done this before so needed some guidance from the vets. They guided me through it and explained everything that was going to happen. The support I was given was excellent.I never wanted this day to come but what the team at Henlow Vets shown me was that I was not alone as they were there with me and Rufus every step of the way. After a few days we received a card from the team at Henlow Vets which was all signed by the team individually. This meant so much to us as a family. It's not been the same without Rufus but I really want to emphasize that Henlow Vets are far the best vets I have ever been with. They are like a family and you as a customer are treated as a member of their wonderful family.A massive thanks to each and every one of you at Henlow Vets that helped Rufus and myself throughout these tough times.

I wholeheartedly recommend Henlow Vets. Our golden retriever pup swallowed a squeaker from a toy when he was five months old & had to undergo numerous surgeries at Henlow Vets due to him being in a critical condition. Not only did they nurse him back to good health, they also supported both myself & my partner through a very difficult time. Every single member of staff we have had the pleasure of meeting / talking to over the telephone have been outstanding.Taking any pet to the vet can be stressful however everyone at Henlow Vets is friendly & welcoming. Our dog is nearly two years old now & loves nothing more than going to see his friends there despite undergoing such trauma as a pup & I think this speaks volumes for how good the team are.We will forever be grateful for the entire team.

We recently relocated to the area and are so pleased that we found Henlow Veterinary Centre to care for our young Spaniel. All of the staff are wonderful and very obviously love their animals. Consultations are always thorough and, most importantly, conducted in a way that helps your pet to feel relaxed. The ‘out of hours service’ has been a god send for us and on each occasion that we have used it we have been sat with a Vet and Nurse within 20 minutes of contacting the practice. If you’re looking for a practice in the area, look no further than Henlow Veterinary Centre.

Lovely vets with lovely staff , from the moment you call to when you leave …I’ve been with henlow vets now for just under a year and as someone who has worked within a vets for many years I was really unsure as to where I should take my pets.Registering with Henlow was the best choice.Everyone has been really helpful and caring and have all strived to do the best for most importantly my pets but myself too , they looked after my boy Harrie exceptionally well when he was poorly and my little dog Lillie when she was in for a dental. I’m so grateful for everyone’s help and time .The team really work well and in my opinion the veterinary care for the patients in their care is to a very high standardI recommend this vets to everyoneThanks Henlow Veterinary Centre :)

When visiting my sister on RAF Henlow my jack Russell had an accident cutting himself very badly. It being a Sunday I was quite worried, from the 1st phone call I wasput at ease instantly. He needed sedation to stitch his wound. I cannot fault the care he was given, especially as he doesn't like to be checked.i am so grateful to you all.I cannot thank you enough for the care given to him. Love from Bailey and his mum Lesley Housham xxx
