Horrific Pharmacy, 6 people behind the counter no one else in the shop (customers) and I waited over 10 minutes to give then a prescription, told it would take 10-15 minutes. Went and had breakfast in the White House returned 45 minutes later and once again waited over 5 minuted to be acknowledged, told them I was simply picking up my prescription and was told it was being done, 15 minutes later I got it. BOOTS NEED TO KICK THERE STAFF UP THE ARSE.

Waited far too long for my daughters prescription. Whilst I appreciate the store was busy people in the pharmacy should be dealt with more efficiently.
