My appointment was booked for 12pm it's now 1230 and I'm still waiting!! Don't book people in if you can't do those times....I even paid a deposit! Mugged off

I have used Glo Nails for years but have never left a review. I’m doing so now. If I could give Glo more stars I would. Tony and his team are consistently brilliant. Not only am I always happy with my gels, I love the overall atmosphere and vibe. Friendly, funny, accommodating and not in one bit clicky, I would never go anywhere else.

Disgusted by the attitude of the male nail technician when I entered the establishment. He spoke to me like something he stepped in. Tried to charge £5 to redo one finger nail!!! I would advise anyone to spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this business does not deserve your custom. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL- DO NOT USE THIS SALON

All members of the family who work and manage GLO and do my maniicures and pedicures are kind, friendly, and very caring. Not to mention their amazing skills in nail care. Best to book and appointment as they are always busy! But I was slotted in last week.

Honestly I’m NEVER going back to this nail shop again. The guy who done my nails was miserable & had an attitude. Not to mention rushed the whole thing and my nails look horrible, your made to feel to feel so uncomfortable for even saying anything such a cold atmosphere and the depressing sad radio station they play doesn’t help. When I go for a treatment of any sort I want to feel relaxed- not on edge! I wasn’t 100% happy the last time I went in there but today confirmed I will not be returning, I only went back due to convenience. My outgrown nails I walked in with looked better than the ones I came out with.

My nails were left in a bad state! The day after I got them done the nail application instantly started chipping, I called in and they offered to redo them for free, but sadly I didn’t feel confident enough to get my nails done by this shop again. I felt it would make their condition even worse.I would have given no stars for the nail treatment.But I gave one star because most of the staff were nice.

Great range of nail and feet services/ products including the Biab to help nails grow. Competitive and gives a loyalty card. I can definitely recommend

GIRLS !! do not go here this is an honest review I went here for the first time had my gel nails taken off as the shop up the road couldnt fit me in, what a disaster the guy redone them I got home and had to go back as one was peeling off so he redone that one I went out that night and the rest of them started peeling off I was so embarrassed my old nails looked better and they needed doing wished Id just stuck to my usual place and waited.

The negative reviews are horrible and untrue! You all make me and everyone I have recommended to you so welcome. Your nail bar is clean and you have worked hard for it to be COVID safe. You are all so expert in what you do and never once in 8 years have I been disappointed.I believe these reviews have come from jealous rival businesses. Shame on them. You will never loose your loyal customers/friends. See you soon.
