Re: Outdoor Festoon LightsLEDs in the lights went around a year after purchase, called at month 15 to request/ purchase a few replacement LED's to fit myself. Unfortunately the clown who designed the bulbs made the light a sealed unit, so the bulbs cant be changed. Not very impressed with them at all and that there was nothing their customer service team 'could do'. effectively meaning I should be spending £150 every year on a whole new set... do not buy from this company, look elsewhere for your lights!

Disappointed by the feel of this shop. Lights seemed ok, but I would not advertise this as a store open to the public like you do. Went with my son and it was basically a small front office to a warehouse. Hardly christmassy at all.

We have bought products from Festive Lights website for many years but finally we decided to visit the store in December 2013.It is so good to see the amazing displays in real life!The staff are pleasant and will talk you through your ideas and make sure you understand all the lights.This is a must visit not only at Christmas but all year round (take the children along)Victoria x

Turned up to buy lights from here as we have done over the past few years, was meet with a very rude lady in a blue vest telling us to leave as it is a collect point and not a shop even tho the is lights on display. I have always found festive lights to very very good and friendly but not any more. And we travelled 30 miles to be meet with this.Very very poor

They only open at weekends now but the lady still opened up and served me. Cant thank the owners daughter enough for it not being a wasted journey. Top class customer service

Took time off work to visit the store before 5th November lockdown. Went to the store the day before and was closed. Nothing on website saying closed. Basic communication with customers Poor!
