We onboarded Pace in October to help support our 30 person agency with our expanding HR/People requirements.We started with a full Audit of our existing HR workflows and have since implemented a whole new way of working, including a HR management software.Our dedicated team have made such a difference already and having become a valuable extension of our own team. They are extremely responsive and work in a really fluid way which works well for an ever changing business landscape like ours.
