wow so bad they are meant to help but all the do is make life harder for the patient and couse more mental health stress my mate casework L just dose not care for him keeps threatening to withdraw his treatment even though is engaged every week for five months maybe the general manager miss / mrs Alisob Fiblaycan sort things out

Do not use this service. You are better off doing it yourself. They are very unprofessional, they lie constantly. If ever you have someone called Natalie ask for a different key worker. Not once did she do her job right. She’s very unprofessional, lies constantly when it’s time for her to do your script she will lie and say she’s done this and when she’s not done what she suppose to, she will then say what do you want me to do about it…..erm?? Your job!!! She can’t do her job without shouting at you or hanging up the phone. She’s a disgrace and not the type you need when in recovery.I believe these people only work there so they can earn a wage and not interested in helping you.95% still use who are with turning point. Now I know why?? This place needs shutting down.

Was good, am back again today, helping me reduce my alcohol intake, hopefully I'll be clean soon, also browns, they r the best, 4 help,

This place is absolutely pointless!!! I don’t know how they manage to get funding tbh. If you happen to get a worker called Carmen ask to change immediately!!! I have never ever met such a unprofessional, rude , lazy and unhelpful support worker in my whole time in treatment.

Key workers always resigns so clents get a new one, most of them are very rude,unprofessional, no respect, not helpful they act as if they are like doctors to give advice without the doctor knowledge and don't care, keep vulnerable waiting for months for an appointment with the doctor, they don't answer your call,always say they are in a meeting, when need help no mobile number is provided even they don't text you if you have an appointment as a reminder, the management is careless of the patients.very slow in doing their jobs. Worst organisation in Slough.

The doctor was dangerous imo. He said go cold turkey off benzos and I told him that's not the nhs NICE guidelines where your meant to taper down but he forced a fast detox which is highly not recommended. It's a guidline because you can become paranoid, have seizes and be suicidal. I was all that. Cause of turning point I ended up in prospect hospital. I highly recommend if you just want a heroine substitute go there. I wasn't there for that. So definitely work outside this place if you have mental health problems. That's a must. I'm surprised they haven't been sued.

I attended every zoom meeting apart for one was thinking it was good for me But after two months was told ok your done was taken back as wasn't told it was coming to an end found that very unprofessional with no consideration for my feelings Seems to me it's just one in one out And your a success story far from the truth Really after two months it's a miracle all I drink is holy water

Some so called key workers should not be there .C thinks she is god and could off killed my partner. Doesn't know a thing about addiction . Thinks she knows better than the doctor. Rude arrogant always talking about clients in the reception.I think I would top my self if I ever get her.

The services are not one rule for all it depends on the person and the key workers.Alot of people have been there and have had a bad experience instead of working with the person who need the help their push them so alot end up relapsing . Obviously it's not entirely their fault but the support given is almost non existent and the staff apart from 1-3 are not helpful or supportive. Their force you to join groups that have addicts who are not trying to stay on a good path so it puts others who are trying at high risk.Also their tests are a joke and it's not accurate but their blame you and blatantly accuse you of lying and relapsing. Their approach is ridiculous and demeaning and wish the rest if the staff who leave and never work in this profession as their only there for the pay cheque
