Great in store experience as always, the store is always very presentable and the staff can’t do more for you.The manager Jazz is really helpful & is always on hand to help with any queries.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a no pressure jewellery shopping experience.Andreea-Gabriela assisted us as my partner tried on multiple items. She was very patient and helpful in arriving at the perfect necklace.

Had some cufflinks ordered into the store. The team there are attentive and can’t do enough for you. They have a fantastic collection of watches and jewellery. The security guard could do with going to the gym and bulking up. That’s just my opinion. I feel he wouldn’t be able to stop anyone!

The welcome at the store its not that great, you literally need to look for someone to talk to.The service was good, I came in the store the resize a bracelet for a watch that they do not even sell so thank you for that.Only thing I would say to you, is to be more open to this kind of service when someone get in contact, we can always be your next buyer:).Also when I have called they refuse to do it but then I received an email saying the opposite.Overall good experience, clean and fast, just communication wise can be better considering the importance of the store :)

Nice shop with plenty of watches on display. Issue is that the staff are all talking to each other and don't want to deal with customers. Don't have answers to basic questions and are very rude and dismissive if you enquire about Rolex watches.We bought a Tudor from them recently and we're mislead during the purchase that we would receive a £250 gift voucher if we spent more than a certain amount. 4 weeks later customer service confirmed this is an online only offer.Considering these people are sales assistants, their interest in assisting anyone seems extremely lacking.

Was lucky enough to find the watch I have been searching for, in store, having looked everywhere for a number of years (it was a present for my wife). The sales team and in particular the young chap that helped me was very good and would recommend the store. Not convinced that the waiting list actually works for Goldsmiths so would always recommend coming into store and ask.
