Absolutely love my hair!!! The most friendly and comfortable salon, everyone is lovely and welcoming! They ask loads of questions to ensure your hair matches perfectly to what you want! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get extensions, such a wide range of colours, types and prices !

Absolutely appalled of how I was treated by the owner that give me a bad hair cut . A hairdresser myself , I could tell the difference between a good hair cut and a bad hair cut . The owner was so unprofessional of my complaint with no care or empathy, she was horrendous. I would definitely not be returning back. Customer services appalling by her .

What a fantastic place! Sometimes you approach a new salon feeling nervous about how the staff will be, how they'll react to you and any questions you may have but the girls here put you completely at ease! They're so friendly and open and make you feel at home! The work they do is outstanding! Their knowledge of hair extensions and what will work for you and your lifestyle and what won't is just incredible! I won't go anywhere else!

Love this place!! I was nervous to try extensions for the first time but the girls here put me at ease, gave me so many tips on how to keep my hair in good condition and I’ve now had the same hair refitted 3 times. I have really curly hair and they were able to match my curl pattern perfectly! I love getting my hair done here with Zoe!!

Lauren is a real magician! I'm so happy after my remove & refit appointment and I can't believe how gorgeous my hair looks like! The girls are always super friendly and make sure I leave the salon with beautiful hair. Couldn't recommend enough x

Lauren is a hair extension wizard! I’m amazed at how natural and beautiful my hair looks after each visit. The results are stunning, and I leave feeling confident every time. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommended

I did my two step method training course a week ago, and I’m so excited to start my new little venture thanks to Unique! - The course was so well thought out, explaining everything leaving no questions unanswered. Lauren was so lovely and really supportive in training me! I honestly can’t recommend the course enough for anyone looking to start out in hair extensions xx
