Dr M J Caskey - Park Medical Centre

I've been on the phone since 10:30, making it to 1st in the queue, however after 30 mins of been in 1st position the phone line says it has reached maximum capacity and to call back later. I called back immediately straight in to position 2, making it to position 1 same again, cut off after half an hour.I've done this 4 times, still no joy.I feel no option but to leave this practice.As for the medication delivery service, USELESS! Over a week to deliver medication.

My wife has been trying to get in got told she has to wait over weeks and she need hers meds cos she is out and still got told she will have to. They lady on the wasn't very nice and ask my wife things she don't have to her. Since this doctor have been taken over is bad. You have to wait on the phone 45 mins just to get told you have wait. This is not the first either.
