The older lady behind the counter is extremely unwelcoming and everything is just too much trouble for her. She had to stick a paper barcode onto a parcel for me and it was like the worst possible thing she could have been asked to do. Absolutely zero customer service and zero people skills. Worth a trip if you want to have a laugh at how bad the post office can make you feel.

There are plenty of other post offices to go to instead of this one. If you want to be patronised and spoken to rudely then this is certainly the place to go rather than the other post offices. They all look miserable as well and look at Post Office customers with disgust.

I have been charged for stamps I didn't ask for or receive on the 18th December and they will not refund me until they have checked tomorrow when they cash up! This is the second time we have had an issue previously it was short change and again we had to wait and eventually resort to the complaints procedure. The customer service is non existent they are just plain rude and have basically implied I am lying. We stopped using them after the last incident but I have parcels to post and it is nearest to home. After 40 years of using this branch we will not be back. It worries my elderly or vulnerable people could be victims of similar situations and not realise. Update after the check they claim it was OK and will not refund the money. I am going to trading standards and the ombudsman this time.

So I have just moved to the area with this post office being the local one to me and I was absolutely disgusted by the older lady behind the counter. Just utter rude! I mean, I am not after outstanding customer service but even a hello and a bye does not cost anything.Before writing this review i thought i would have a look at the reviews myself and why am i not surprised!You are in a privileged area and this is the service you are faced with by this particular lady!! Went there again this week and again just rude and abrupt!!!Luckily, I have found a Post Office within One Stop on School Road and the guys in there are so lovely.... will be using that one going forward.

Just to let the people know (esp those who have left disparaging comments previously) - I know the rude counter lady you speak of, she was a right one!Happily, the post office is now run by the lovely Mick & Sheila, who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing for many years. There are only so many times that you can be treated rudely without saying anything, so this is where I'm voicing my opinion. The gentleman who runs this PO is very friendly and I've never had any issue with him and the service he provides. My complaint is about the older lady who serves behind the main screens rather than the Covid screens. She comes across as unbelievably rude yet I know she is not like this to everyone as I've heard her be friendly to one or two customers. She never says hello or goodbye, please or thankyou to me. The whole time I am being served" is like I am doing her a favour. Well

Lady always refuse or make excuses to avoid Money transfer services. U stand there in the queue for good 20 minutes just to hear our system is slow. Its my 5th time in post office with same horrible experience.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. The staff are RUDE. They have no clue on mask regulations & rules, they belittled & bullied me due to being medically exempt. Threatened to not allow me access to this disgusting 1970s cheap indian bag selling shole. I would rather drive out the way to a different post office. Use the one by finchfield hill, so friendly & their butchers is amazing. I would like to advise the miserable owner & the woman with the bad hair to look into mask statics and overall customer service. Obviously they would be mussled sheep as they're classed as a 'essential business'

stopped going here 8 years ago because the miserable woman behind the counter, tried again this week and thankfully she wasnt there, unfortunately they have employed a younger version, horrible woman, grumpy sour faced , not even a hello or a smile (you know who you are) and enjoyed telling me she wont mail my parcel even tho i told her what was in it. took it to codsall PO , nice friendly people and mailed it no problem.
