I called the company out to give me a quote on fitting me a brand new kitchen they were really friendly and there quote was very reasonable there work was tidy and they cleaned as they worked and never left any mess the work was done in a great time scale that suited me very very happy as the finished result was outstanding thankyou

Great team always happy and very clearn workers having them back again changed fuse board for me..

Be warned James McMullen is the owner or works for them so the 1st review should be ignored. When you think about it Jade Jarrett (JJ - electrical hmmmmm).Also left my wives parents bathroom a total mess and refused to come out an fix this. Really poor workmanship and clearly had no clue. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY UP FRONT TO THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT FINISH OFF WORK! If you read the Google reviews unfortunately we are another victim of unfinished, poor quality and finish work. Failed to respond to calls once all money was received. Had to pay another plumber to come out and fix all the leaks that were left behind (only reason for having a new bathroom fitted). Failed to answer calls, complete the work and return keys - I managed to get through to them by calling from a different number (funny enough they picked up straight away thinking they had found their next victim). Constantly asking for payment upfront to pay labour. Added extra jobs onto original quote that weren't actually done eg. replace joists in the floor. Plastering - didn't remove light fitting just plastered around it - massive cracks left all up the side of the stairs. Wonky toilet and tiling - even leaving sharp corners and tile adhesive poking through the grout. Every time we use the shower the waste water is pumped onto the patio. Messy - they even used my own duvet cover to cover up whilst plastering and hid it at the bottom of the skip! Unfinished bathroom 3 months later because the 2 plumbers we have had to pay since have walked away not wanting to be associated with such a poor job....you hear horror stories and never expect it to happen to you. If you do decide to employ this company to do work for you please expect what you pay for (probably in full because of the begging messages you will receive).

Over priced, under skilled, charge VAT when they're not VAT registered. Write their own glowing reviews. Not even one star but had to click it. AVOID.

CAUTION!!!Please be extremely cautious when hiring JJ Electrical to carry out any home improvement projects. Promises will be made that they are capable of doing everything needed when in fact that is so very far from the truth. Up front cash payments for labour will be asked for during the course of the work, they have no money to buy materials themselves, do not adhere to the schedule and their work is completely unprofessional, unfinished and even when paid in full and promise to return to finish they will not. After repeated attempts to contact them and hearing several excuses as to why they are unable to return, correct their mistakes and actually complete the job, my number has now been blocked. I am therefore left with no alternate but to warn others against hiring this company.
