Went in for a phone screen replacement. Ashley (the manager) was very friendly and professional. She explained what the guarantee covered and I was very happy with the fast repair and great service. IF I smash my screen again I will be going straight to this shop! Highly recommended

This was my first visit to any Timpson. I went in to get a passport photo done and Ashley was lovely and helpful. It's for my first passport so she gave me some tips for what will help the photo pass (like taking my big hoop earrings out!). Very informative. And she was able to tell me then and there if it was likely to be accepted, and it was fine :). We had a good chat about Timpson, I had no idea they done so much! I thought they just did keys and shoes. It was a nice, easy and warm experience and I will definitely be recommending her shop!

I have been using this branch for almost 5 years and the person who manages it, Ashley, is a shining example of how to deliver fantastic customer service. I would even go as far as to say that she has developed a warm relationship with her customers and makes them feel like family and the store feels like a community hub. The service is first class and the premises are always neat tidy and well organised. Ash clearly takes pride in everything she does and I hope that that is reflected in how her management value her. Thank you Ash for all you do.

Thoroughly recommend this place. Superb service, always with good advice and a smile. My leather rucksack was, I feared, beyond repair but no - a fantastic job done and back to its former glory.

Over the years Ashley has always gone above and beyond. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer's experience. Even when there is a problem, I have seen how determined she is to make sure I leave happy. I have been in a few other Timpson stores and Ashley's standards are high. The shop is always clean and tidy (when she's in at least) and oddly, for a shop, it feels warm and welcoming. She is a real asset to the company!

I feared that nothing could be done to save my beloved 10 year-old boots, so I took them to Timpsons to see what magic they could make. And Joy! My beloved boots are as good as ever. The old soles were completely removed and replaced with new but they are still as comfy as my old boots. Just wonderful!

Ashley has given 100% amazing customer service to me many times over the 6 years I've been visiting here. I've had shoes, watches and keys done here. Always more than happy with service.
