Lovely atmosphere, great drinks. My friend has nut allergies but wanted a cocktail off the menu with a substitution for the almond liqueur and the mixologist Tommo was so lovely about it. Made her a bespoke drink balancing the flavours in the cocktail to accommodate for the substitution. Great service and lovely attentive staff. Thanks to Tommo particularly.

This was originally recommended to me by a friend who owns a cocktail bar, loves good food, outstanding drinks and good people. The larder house definitely provides all of that! Really like this spot

Like a true speak easy you might not know this existed above its sister restaurant. To find the bar you go up a slim wooden staircase adding to the feel of a prohibition jaunt. The bar itself feels like you've been transported to an eccentrics Lords room in an old English estate and it sets off a fantastic aesthetic. With a playlist that matches the surrounding, staff that are exists in their trade and a variety of drinks that allow for truly delicious cocktails, this is easily one of the best drinking experiences in Bournemouth!Awesome place!

Great hidden little spot for a proper cocktail, with knowledgeable bar staff, creative drinks and a qwerky cosy cool decor. Great space for a proper chat over your Old Fashioned or to celebrate someone in a classy way.

DO NOT call and ask for advise on visiting the day before, being told we can’t and wound need to book was misleading, turning up early and was turned away by a lovely lass (not her fault and was very polite and apologetic) we were shocked that we were told two different things.A absinthe cocktail isn’t worth the disappointment.

It's a nice place for a quite cocktail. Worth a visit!!! Food downstairs - had one good meal and one a bit iffy so jury's out but will go again one day. Really like the orange lager cocktail if they still do it. They will make you one anyway probably cos they know what they are doing!

A fine cocktail bar, as in one that doesn’t do Woo Woos or Flaming Sambucas, isn’t to everyone’s tastes or even pockets but if it’s your thing then this is your thing.They do the classics on request, switch it up a little and have a short cocktail menu that changes regularly.
