Swim in a Barn (Timeshare Swimming Pool)

4 of us swim costs less than £6 an hour each. Warm. Fabulous really

Half hour time slots. Nice clean pool, showers and changing rooms. As much or as little noise as you like. Excellent exercise all year round. When friends and family visit us, it's a nice surprise!

Good sized pool which sadly doesn't have a deep end. Nice changing rooms which are good sized so perfect for family's. Nice clean showers that sadly have those annoying push button showers that only stay on the 15 seconds. Great pool over all really.

We have a half hour slot here every week. The pool is perfect for doing lengths or for more relaxed swimming. We have always found the temperature to be just fine - no shocks when you get in!Changing, shower and toilet facilities are good and are kept clean. The pool is limited to a maximum of 6 people with no solo swimming, as it is unsupervised.

I tried to book a slot 14 days prior to the time slot i wanted. I was told that bookings can only be made 7 days prior , so I purposely set an email early on the day it was 7 days before hand and he had told me it had been booked , I had asked him to pencil me in when I first enquired and I had no response. I was relying on being able to use this slot and as for their rules changing as and when they please they had messed my plans up for valentines. Not recommended as they seem to don as they please , tendency to ignore you as well

A great find. Very reasonably priced and we had the whole pool to ourselves for an hour. Clean and tidy facilities, perfect for a gentle swim with our baby son on a rainy November day!

We are weekly swimmers here, the water is well controlled and even though it sometimes feels a little chilly getting in, is a constant 30-31 degrees. This is a well used pool and it's showers and changing rooms reflect that, but the owners act very quickly when notified of any problems. As a disabled person, it is good to be able to use a facility like this, you have your time slot, where you can do whatever you wish to in privacy, the only other people we see are those we say hello and goodbye to on the change over!I'm not sure how deep/large the previous reviewer expected a pool, of this type to be, but I am 5' 10 and it comes up to my chest level

Lovely quiet swim in my half hour private session. Doing wonders for my physio. Good price & nice venue. Only small gripe is water 1.2m deep all across, so no deep end to tread water. Booked for next 3 months, so can't be to worried.

Just started as a regular swimmer- lovely, clean facilities. The 1.20m deep pool is warm and relaxing- encouraging for folk who haven’t swam for a while (a bit rusty!). Changing rooms are large and generally group/family shared.Great fun having the pool to ourselves.
