Great dance school, my daughter loves it

Been going for a few years, always cancels a session or two each term and at last minute each time, I have arrived to the venue that I've had to return home.Never refunded cancelled sessions in the past and only just recently done so, I can only assume this matter has been raised by another parent.Very poor/NO communication regarding sessions. Unprofessional business attitude to customers. It's a shame as my little girl really enjoys it but found much better classes elsewhere which adds to our reason for leaving.
