Brilliant company , this company was brilliant from the start from the phone call to the office , they came out to measure up quickly , the fitters were friendly and polite , they left no mess behind at all , brilliant company will definitely use again

I've used Cosy Warmth on several staged upgrades on my current house. Sash windows look amazing. Delivery was sometimes slow (not sure if CW were to blame) but once the windows were in they were promptly fitted. Great installers that clean up after themselves too!! I'm moving to next house shortly and will be using CW again for any window requirements.

We're very pleased with the quality of our new windows and doors and had excellent customer service from Paul. The price was really competitive and would definitely recommend Cosy Warmth windows.

The real mark of a good company is looking at the actions of that company when things don't go quite as expected.A tray after installation my door was sticking and getting worse until it split the plastic trim. CWW were here before 9 the next day on the very last day before Christmas and fixed the problem. Diolch yn fawr CWW, Nadolig llawen :)

I called for a quote and was told to leave a message by the answering machine - I did - no one returned my call. I called back a few days later and was given a time for a measure up. To my surprise, they arrived spot on the time given. I waited patiently for a week to receive my quote, nothing. I rang today to follow up, only to be told that the quote hadn't been done and that they would call back - they did. The person who returned the call was rude and distracted - and when politely, but sternly, asked if they actually wanted my business, proceeded to hang up on me - question answered. However, if this is the way they address customer concerns regarding their complete disinterest, then I'm pleased the conversation ended there. It's a shame, as they appear to have many positive reviews.
