Just spoke to their receptionist and was told off: For f sake you do not even speak English." I am surprised how they work there as a receptionist who could swear and be so arrogant. My phone number was blocked. Such type of rudeness and behaviour should not be tolerated!"

Hired a PCO badged executive car from several places and had a bad experiences.Don't want to say names and slate as they will have their doings.These guys were absolutely amazing in terms of servicing the vehicles and looking after me get best insurance quote, uploading docs. Been with them for 6 months, returned the car back last month due to moving out of London. Will highly recommend if you're after an executive car.They do absolutely return the deposit back, as I got mine back after a couple of weeks of returning the car.

5 star service and my replacement car was delivered immediately. No complaints, highly recommended.

Service is so Excellent. it give me back 100% deposit with in 14 days. They do compromise with me in every situation.they will arrange car in couple of minutes for driver.After coming back from holidays i will again hire a car from Arrow car hire. i will suggest to every person to hire car from this company

Avoid at all costs….

Had an accident 3 weeks ago, company got a car out to me within a couple of hours. Very helpful staff dealt with everything and got my car repaired.
