Definitely gone down hill. Ordered Chinese watered down sweet and sour sauce hardly any chicken and the chicken looked like it was either reheated or very overcooked . Overall appearance wasn't at all good . Pancake rolls were hard. Let's just say i won't be going back.

We have meals every Friday from peking City it is always excellent and hot the fish and chips are good and the Chinese food is very good and very tasty, good quality and good value for the price we all pay.

It's such a shame it's gone down hill. We used to order 2 or 3 times a month and it's was 5 stars amazing, I don't know if they have anew chef or times are hard but the salt and pepper chicken is now salt and pepper onions with a couple of chunks of chicken, the sweet and sour sauce is watered down like water, the crispy chilli beef used to be rolled in sauce and orange in colour but now brown out of the fryers and no sauce. Hong Kong pork was all pineapple and onions.Lack of care and maximum profit to minimise costs or customers service.

Lovely curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Not a single thing wrong with my meal was perfect. Spicy chips are amazing. Didn’t have to wait long at all and compared to most places very well priced.

Ordered my takeaway in the shop at around 6.30pm, didn’t get my order until 7.25pm, several other people also had to wait this long, apparently they had lots of just eat/deliveroo orders but this is unacceptable for a takeaway. Then found they didn’t have 1 of my daughters fish cakes so accepted a sausage instead. When I got home found they hadn’t put my sons 2 jumbo sausages in, so had to return to pick them up. Whilst I was waiting for the 2 sausages my wife informed me her beef chow mein was cold & had also bean sprouts in it (I had asked for none). When I got home with the 2 missing sausages they were pink in the middle so had to pop them in the oven just to be safe. All in all a very poor experience I will not be visiting again.

My husband had to wait in the shop for an hour to get his order, he wasn’t the only one apparently, they missed off 2 sausages off the order so he had to return to get them, when he got them home they looked raw in the middle, also found bean sprouts in my beef chow mein & it was cold. Won’t be using this takeaway again.
