Fantastic service by the ladies at The Groom Room in Malvern. My working cocker spaniel had numerous knots, despite my brushing. Meg was so gentle with her and she came out looking and smelling amazing! So pleased - thank you! We’ll definitely be booking again.

Best groom room we've ever been to. Our 7 month old puppy was nervous, but staff were very patient with him! Managed a full groom, something that other groomers had been unable to do. Already booked our next visit!

What a sad days it was to say goodbye to Megs!She has been incredible with all three of my dogs. I take my welfare dog up there and they're very good and gentle their prices I suppose these days are about normal personally I feel a lot of these places charge a little too much for what they do but when you look at the cost of a big building like that and the running costs involved you have to justify it a little
