Had an appointment at 12.15 today and due to an emergency was running 5 to 10 mins late, we called at 20 past to say we were few mins away to be told the dentist had gone as she didn’t think we were coming. She must of gave us 3 minutes grace if that , I know we were late but people have issues sometimes and in my job we give 10 mins grace before a write off, I personally think 3 minutes off a 90 min appointment with how long it takes to get one in first place is really bad !!!

Always kept waiting upto and hour. I had an extraction recently and was left in severe pain. After 5 days and 2 revisits, I was finally prescribed antibiotics.

do not recommend what so ever. Booked in for a filling, went to my appointment. They didn’t give me my filling, they gave me a check up and told me to come back because i “haven’t previously been to that dentist” but it was where i had my last 2 fillings so not only have they not recorded any of the data but the receptionist can’t even write down what youve booked for. what a waste of 29 minutes when i could have been at school.

Brilliant dentist. Sorted me out straight away. Staff are very friendly and chatty which is great as it puts you at ease. George the new dentist was great and talked me through everything

I was in a lot of pain on 10th Dec I phoned 1 dentist and they couldn't get me in until 23rd Dec . I phoned Talbot Street and they got me in on the Saturday, now those that know me know how much I hate needles the dentist was very good with me telling about his experience with having to have them when he was training I also have a bad gag reflex and he wanted to do an x-ray that didn't happen and he was very understanding, he took the tooth out and I didn't when realise he had done it, I would recommend to anyone.

Just curious, who moulds and makes the dentures for this practice? They need firing from the industry!twice sent new dentures back so they fit in my mouth without hurting and falling straight out (1st time they wouldn't even go in my mouth) and STILL they don't fit right, they hurt, and they fall out after I eat anything, even a simple piece of bread. All the denture adhesives say to see dentist if you have to apply the adhesive more than once per day as the dentures clearly don' fit but I have to apply it minimum 3 times per day (sometimes more) if I want to eat properly during the day and when I tell the dentist they say it is the fault of my mouth NOT the dentures. So I have to basically eat a tube of denture adhesive per week (so healthy) because the people making the dentures can't make dentures

Was extremely nervous to have post fitted in tooth for new crown. She was so patient with me explained everything she was about to do, it was faultless no pain and a very pleasant experience. 10/10 for this dentist.

I have visited this practise now for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dates are usually readily available for my convenience. Good overall service and experience.
