I needed a new battery for my laptop and AlKatech were extremely efficient and helpful. They sourced a new battery which arrived within a few days and fitted it that day. Also scanned my laptop and removed Malware. Very professional and efficient. Charges were extremely reasonable and would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Omar by a community group I’m part of. I had an issue with an ext. hard drive. Unfortunately, the hard drive was beyond repair, but what a great experience it was dealing with Omar. He was very polite, helpful, efficient, and kept me in the loop all the way through. He also never charged me for the investigative work carried out. I’ll definitely use him again, and would readily recommend him to others. Thx Omar!

We had our old P.C. repaired by Omar, Omar was very friendly and the communication was excellent and he was able to repair it within a couple of days of our enquiry which was excellent. We were happy with the price and our P.C. is better then ever. We will use this company again if we have any computer issues.
