Perfect rooms for exploring Seaham, Seaham and Glass beach and the harbour area.The rooms were modern, large, clean and welcoming. Be aware the rooms are in the 2nd floor.

We stayed here on the 23rd Sept for one night with friends couldn't of been happier rooms spot on clean tidy welcoming. Location great for shops n bars and Tommy statue. The only complaint was we couldn't get food after 11everywhere shut.
