stayed too long in car park - - - Guilty ! - - - - but a £100 fine ???? The government are acting to prevent fines at this level . I expect better of Morrisons. Shame on you !

Another shop that has extremely loud, awful music playing (why one person can pick music and then inflict it onto everyone, amazes me) Couldn't hear myself think yet alone the checkout lass. This store is very compact too. Will not be returning. Sainsburys is so much more customer friendly

Olay, changing the review to 1 star, walked in an absolutely packed, it's embarrassing how the self checkouts are taking staff jobs, had such a long que needed to leave as not a lot of time in 1 day to get shopping done.So editing this review to remove 4 stars, not only the ques and staff have let this place down, the prices have too, can find cheaper elsewhere, what's the point of queing when your paying for overpriced goods? Morrisons, get the act together, quit sacking off staff and MAKE sure the tills aren't over crowded, saw other tills not in use due to no staff working on them, so again, review down to 1 star.Please make changes to this Morrisons, don't let it become over packed.

For a smaller Morrisons it has reasonable stock and the fresh pizza counter has some of the most helpful staff I've come across in a long time.

The staff were very helpful but please be aware this store in Chester-le-Street is too small to have a cafe.

Ordered vegetarian cheese and onion pies didn't have them rather than refund the money they substituted them with chicken and vegetable pies totally unacceptable.

Always a great range of products. Fab freshly made pizzas, bakery products, meat, deli and fish counters and rotissary. Great selection of wines, beers and spirits

I would like to express my disgust at the security guard at this shop(grey beard) he told my partner,who is disabled &has motor neurons disease to leave the shop for verbally defending me against another customer.who insulted me for no reason.he did not give my partner a chance to explain.i feel he was prejudice against my partner &biased towards the person who insulted me.he denied my partner the use of the disabled facilities which I believe is illegal.he should be replaced by someone who will not discriminate against vulnerable people.i hope the manager will see this review &act on it.this happened on 12 Sep between 11.15 &11 .30
