Graeme did a great job fitting our new intruder alarm system. He was very friendly and customer focussed and initially spent time assessing our house and what our needs would be. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and answered any questions I had. On agreeing what would be needed, Graeme provided a very competitive quote for the work to be carried out. On fitting the system, he was punctual and did the work with a minimum of fuss, tidying up after himself which was impressive. Finally, he explained how the system worked which was very straightforward. Graeme did a great job and I would definitely recommend GLD Security to anyone looking for a new intruder alarm system.

Just had an alarm installed by GLD Security. Graeme's own business and was very impressed by all aspects. He installed a security system for me and was an exemplary tradesman. Visited when he said he would both for the estimate and the job. Explained in detail what he thought was the most suitable system for my requirements and did not recommend things that were unnecessary. The work was done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Graeme then explained how the system worked and made sure I was happy with it before he left. He also has a maintenance contract which is good value. Thoroughly recommend!

Graeme made himself available on short notice when our old alarm system had a fault. After diagnosing the problem he was able to put my mind at ease (and my hearing). We also had our system upgraded and Graeme gave a good price, turned up when he said and worked effectively without fuss. Plus the dog liked him, so that's a good sign.Would highly recommend.

GLD Security fitted a couple of security cameras to my front door recently. From the initial conversation I had with Graeme through to the installation by Mike and the final follow-up with Graeme, the service was first class.Graeme was able to provide me an (acceptable) quote within hours of visiting to see what was required. Once I accepted it, he arranged for installation to be done within 3 days. Mike spent the best part of half a day doing the installation, keeping me informed of what he was doing (and why) throughout. He went out of his way to make sure that the final installation was neat and tidy.I can’t praise them highly enough. An excellent job well done, and good value for money.
