For the fourth time in a row my appointment here has either been cancelled without my knowledge or double booked. Today I was polite enough to allow the lady who arrived at the door after me to enter first, with the result that she was taken through. My appointment was queried as it wasn't on the computer although it was made in store and I had an appointment card. I was told that all I could do was wait, but the receptionist didn't know how long for. Enough is enough, there are plenty of other hearing services. Never again!!!

Got an ad in the post for a free hearing test. Gave it a go. Absolutely brilliant. A very friendly welcome. An extremely professional and detailed series of tests. So much was explained to me and I learnt a lot. So friendly. Top notch.

I visited Hidden Hearing on Maddox Street where I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist and was treated by Khadisha Walters. From my first to last visit, I felt very comfortable with my treatment. Khadisha explained the procedure, which made me very comfortable and my ear problem has now been resolved I am very grateful and will continue to have my ear checked by her.

Excellent, thorough and professional hearing test and friendly service today from Elaine. Also quick and professional wax removal in the same clinic two weeks ago. I can thoroughly recommend coming here for a free hearing test and to find out how important an annual check is, because changes in hearing can indicate other potential health issues.
