Needed a side gate and panels replacing. Extremely pleased with the end result. From the start I knew I was dealing with a professional company and the end result it first class. Brilliant team, highly recommend.

Exceptional service, indepth knowledge of Electric Gate systems. Team from NVF carried out the work flawlessly. Their Electrician is a perfectionist! Quality in the workmanship of the gates is Exceptional. We have peace of mind knowing the maintenance team are a phone call away.

NOT RECOMMENDED.They are selling composite posts which are incomplete. Therefore should not be sold as garden posts without clarifying that.I used their posts for fencing the front of a property.The posts supplied by this seller with a cut all the way up from the ground to top along the front & back are not a finished garden posts & looking ugly.We have to bin them & buy proper composite posts.I am a property expert & never come across such a weird idea selling partial garden fence posts instead of a proper garden fence . That is misleading sale.In addition the quality of posts are poor. They also supplied a small metal base about 50cm long to secure a composite post which is 2.4m high!The photo doesn’t have to be on your website. When I order a fencing posts, the assumption is you supply a complete posts not the post with blanking strips are missing.You didn’t mentioned on your website that the posts you are selling are not a full complete post.Very strange supplier.I Bought some composite posts 2.4M. They sent the posts without any blanking strips. I assumed they made a mistake. I was told by this company, they supply them without any blanking strips. The posts are looking bad & unfinished without blanking strips.It is unclear how this company selling this posts & expect people use them like that!!!!I have purchased the same type of posts from Wicks & other suppliers they all supply them with blanking strips.So without North Valley Forge supplying the required blanking strips the job is unfinished & I can’t source them from any other supplier to match the post supplied by North Valley Forge

Absolutely delighted with my new gates from North Valley Forge. From the start, Richard instilled confidence in me and was always available to answer any questions. I placed the order and when the gates were ready, the team of Reece & Nathan did the installation. I must say they were great - they had attention to detail throughout and were really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend NVF to anyone looking for quality in product and service.

Met with John and explained what I was looking for. We did a few drawings and came up with a plan for 6 wrought iron plant hangers. They turned out to be fantastic. Even had them paint them as an after fact and they were still ready for pick up when we got there! Beautiful product and craftsmen ship.

We are delighted with our gates from North Valley Forge. From the first meeting to the final sign of the customer experience has been first class and the quality of the product is second to none. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company without hesitation.

We decided to fit a gate to our property and visited the showroom at North Valley Forge, which has an expansive display of gates. We did not know which one to get or whether to replace our old farmhouse gate posts and we arranged for a site visit and a survey to be carried out. We got lots of helpful advice and we went away to think about it. When we eventually returned, we had a much better idea of what we wanted and North Valley Forge once more surveyed our premises to make sure that what we wanted would work.They drew up some plans for our approval and we returned on several occasions with minor amendments before we selected the final design. Both when selecting the original gate or when amending our plans, nothing was too much trouble and often when calling at their premises, you would bump into the Managing Director, Peter Ratcliffe. I was impressed that he was rarely hiding away in an ivory tower, but was often “up front” meeting customers.We placed our order and there was a little delay before they could supply our gate, as they were very busy. (I am not surprised). When they came to fit the gate, it involved several of their engineers and each one was pleasant and helpful and each one could not do enough. We were very pleased with the gate and the automatic controls which had been fitted and ironically, no sooner had we paid the bill, then the control box developed a fault. I telephoned them in the morning and by lunch time, an engineer had arrived to replace the box. This is typical of the service which we have experienced from this firm.This is the culture which runs throughout the business. All their employees go out of their way to be helpful. This applies from the moment that you walk through the door and meet their reception team, all the way to the very top.Wec are absolutely delighted with our new gate. It looks good, it has been manufactured to a high standard and I feel sure that it will outlive me.North Valley Forge may not be the cheapest, but in life, you get what you pay for and a low price does not often represent value for money. I feel that I have got value for money and I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I would like to highly recommend this great company, they went the extra mile for me as a new Electric Gate owner with advice on what to buy and how to install them. Craig, Andy and John need a medal for the patience they showed helping me and my fitter to install the LA300 double gate kit I bought. My gates are now a pleasure to open and close, thank you.

Craig Rostron managed to get out to us within the week and fix quite a big problem with our electric gates within two hours. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and gave options to help me pick the solution that was right for me. Really happy with the work. Thank you!
