Matt was smart and very punctual when he attended for our valuation appointment. From there we decided we made the right choice. The whole team who dealt with us were professional from start to finish. Pilkington where the 2nd estate agent I used in my selling/buying process and they were extremely professional and took away all of my concerns and issued I had been experiencing.They took new pictures and managed to secure a sale pretty rapidly. After that there was bare minimum for me to do, they handled everything and kept me informed at every step. I can not thank them enough for their part in my journey. Pilkington Estate Agents have been absolutely amazing and by far the best Estate Agent we have used. From Matthew coming out to our property to value it and discuss all the details with such professionalism and then Chloe booking the viewings and selling our property within one day, just brilliant!
