Large choice of drinks mainly, very busy usually, two cashiers which is helpful.What I like the most is the phone accessories and vape cigarettes. The guy is not super competent but really helpful and kind.

a couple days ago somebody robbed my phone out of my hand and find my iphone shows that this is the location that was last turned on so i’m pretty sure that they sell robbed phones

Great customer service, variety of stock available. Staff very polite helped me choose my first E-cigarette with excellent flavour mint. Purchased original Apple headphone with great price discount.

Hermes delivery drop off service.I had a large parcel to drop off. This is a small shop and so unfortunately there isnt much room for parcels so bare this in mind. Hermes had completely failied to collect from my house after 10 days of waiting so I was getting desperate.Thankfully the guys at Retail 24 where kind and accepted the parcel.Because of Covid 19 and an increase level of delivery business please be aware that that the shop seems only to be able to accept parcals between circa 7:30 and 12:00 noon. (otherwise the shop becomes too congested with parcels and customers can not safely move around)I received great service and would recomend.There are some bad reviews on here. I might suggest that is is easy visit the store and be frustrated, taking it out on the staff. It's not their fault, they are trying their best in a difficult time so please try and be calm and respectful if possible. We'll get through this together depite Hermes (the company) being a useless bag of sh**.Cheers

Have never been able to successful print a label and send a parcel here despite its being listed as a parcel shipper that prints labels.

They gave my package to the wrong person and claimed that the package was never delivered to their shop despite picture evidence from the courier. They never admitted that they had made a mistake and were incredibly rude.

First told to come back within the stores Evri return window (7am - 1pm) then told that the machine isn't working - come back in a few days". Frustrating experience trying to make an Evri return. The staff appear to be burdened with processing these returns so perhaps the store should consider removing this service if it cannot be offered effectively"

Hermes situationThe guy at the till was really rude about my large parcel. He shouted (with his mask not on) “we don’t accept that, it’s for Royal Mail. It’s too big.” This baffled me as I had previously visited the store to ask about parcel dimensions, and the kind gentleman said the box was ok. I had also bought a Hermes label so I don’t get why he was so rude about a large box. I then had to show proof of my Hermes label for the parcel before printing it off to get him off my case. So rude and unnecessary. He could’ve approached me in a more friendlier manner rather than trying to pick a fight at 9am.Hermes need to sort the shop out. They also have weird parcel collection times, so I tend to go to a shop in Camden Town (smaller than retail 24) and they accept parcels all day long.

Website says Hermes Dropoff open till 11pm. Post below says Hermes Dropoff open till 1pm. Turned up today and they have changed it to 12pm. Now I have to carry a massive box around all day. Don’t try and use the Hermes service at this store, it’s a complete shambles. Every time I have tried there has been a problem. AVOID.

Don’t repair your phone here.The people were very friendly and the repair was quick, being done in just an hour. However the screen replacement itself is noticeably less responsive than the previous. It is technically functional, but is now very uncomfortable to use. Typing especially is a pain with the screen repeatedly missing keys.I wouldn’t necessarily mind if the repair was cheap, but at £70 I expect better. I will probably get the screen replaced again as it is very irritating and uncomfortable to use. Even typing this short review is a pain, because of this I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to others.
