Ear PiercingI cannot thank Flawless enough for their kindness and patience yesterday. I took my daughter to get her ear pierced after weeks and weeks of asking! Unfortunately once the first ear had been pierced my daughter totally broke down and made it so difficult for the beauty therapist to do the second one. She was so kind and gentle with her and calmed her down and eventually was able to pierce her second ear!So thank you Flawless - I really appreciate how lovely you were and I am really sorry, but I didn't take note of the therapists name xxx

had full leg wax today 3 6 19 cant remember girls name but she was really good and very quick not had legs for a while due to stroke will be going back again excellent

Very unhappy with their service. Went for a wax and very badly done. Got home and had to redo my legs. Lighting very bad where waxing is done. Paid £35 for waxing legs and had to redo them. Will not go back.

I went for a spray tan today, really lovely young lady who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. (Sorry, can't remember her name, that's bad!) Really pleased with the results. Nice even tan and natural looking. Thank you!

I love coming to flawless for my nails! Amber has done my nails since day one and she always does an amazing job! Everyone is always welcoming and warm when you arrive and I cannot fault the amazing customer service!! Highly recommend honestly one of the best place to get nails done in Billingshurst, so glad I found them!
