Nail Care

This shop does not deserve a single star . my mum asked for her nails longer with chrome and they made it very short and paid her extra money . When I asked for French tips they were very thick and the colour would go easily and the tip was so bad and still charged extra money for it . The staff are very rude and would make you pay extra money for something that is not worth it . I will be guaranteed to not enter this shop anymore because of what i have experienced . I do not recommend this for anyone .

What a disappointment. I went to take off my gel which I didn’t do at this place and I asked for a mani, but not with any clear gel at the end.1. They cut my nail terribly (please see picture)2. They only did the buffer without the shine — which they told me all nail salon do this if I don’t do any colour or shiny gel/acrylic which is not true in my experience ive had better basic manicure experience even without any colouring after.Paid £20 for all of that.

I have been going to this salon for years, and it is the only place I would go to for SNS dipping powder manicures as they do the best job around!

Beautiful nail treatment today, only thing was odd I wasn’t offered my cuticles to be done.I haven’t done my manicure in a long time I tough it’s the first thing should be offered before adding any extensions.Make sure you ask for things before you book anything.

Did not like! Cuticle was not removed and when I asked to remove excess skin, it was done anyway. The same was done on the feet. Excess skin was not removed. The nail polish was too much away from the base of the nail. On the feet I didn't notice it before drying, on the hands I asked it to stop and leave it only with the transparent base because it was getting horrible. In short: disappointed.

Ive been doing my nails for more than 10 years and I would definitely say that their techniques and their rapidity is in my top 2 of the places I’ve been so far. Their work is professional, careful and detailed. Every time I pop in, they are available to take me even if it’s almost closing time. Their prices are affordable and my nails can last 3 weeks and a half or 4. Definitely worth it!

I been here lots of time and always be happy. Millie(the manager) asked me to write them a review which is I think I should do long time ago to support my favourite place. Highly recommend!

Very good mani and pedi. Lasted longBut Unfortunately I have to come back to edit the review because the place is filthy and it's really putting me off from going back. The floors are dirty, the tools are dirty and probably not sterilised. The tables are dirty so you can't rest your hands or phone on it. The nail drying machine is filthy too. Just WHY

I have to say.. I was a bit skeptical about going there because of the mixed reviews, but I received excellent service. The guy who did my nails took his time and didn't rush, even though the salon was quite busy with lots of people coming and going. My nails took a full hour to get done and he even fixed a broken nail without me even asking. Will definitely be going back.

I'm really disappointed to give them 2 stars and the only reason they got 2 is because the pedicure looks really good.. My hands however look absolutely awful. I used to always get a little bit of length added with powder, especially if my nail was broken. My nails were very short and I asked for a little bit of length they kept telling me that couldn't do this when the previous people did it all the time for me. I even explained the people before did and they said I had to get tips... Before I used to feel valued as a client now I feel that they are trying to make extra money out of me. I didn't want the tips and refused.. Such a regret. Because my nail she filed all of them shorter than what they were. These nails were meant to be for my birthday. I was so angry to the point I couldn't even talk. I paid and left but they have lost a long time client. My nails look so bad that my friends couldn't help but laugh and honestly I don't blame them. I now have made an appointment somewhere else to get them done again and now I WILL have to pay for tips.
