My experience 3 times wasn't great, the caretaker talked rudely to my kids for bouncing a basketball before entering the hall. I don't mind correction, but the tone was harsh, The club referee was rude and disrespectful on and off the court. Not a good experience at all. The only fun we had was that our team beat there's with the knowing that the ref was Cousin to the coach.

A very good setup for basketball. Court is for basketball only (no other markings). Scoreboard is well positioned so all can see it and the seating is a blecher type with padding to add that little extra comfort.

We were at The Oblates for the finals of this year's Dublin Masters Basketball tournament. A great atmosphere with players from all over the UK and beyond with lots of support from the young Oblates teams.

It was a cup final for basketball boys U 15 ,Dublin Sonics V Templogue,sonics won !Go Sonics !Lady on the desk who was taking the score said to Sonics fans that they were disgrace just for the simple reason that fans stepped on to the court to celebrate with players after the game...??

Went there to watch a match as I used to play there when I was a teenager. I was shocked to find a biased ref. Called all the fouls on the away team but the ref let the home team away with so many. Disgraceful.The hall is great though with all the modern equipment. There were creaky old wooden floorboards when I last played there.
