Been with these for yrs, not been there for 4 years to go back in to re register, was told had to be private , ok,,,, then nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment, and over 200 quid to have a consultation, xray then tooth out. That was within a minute of walking in. All it is is money grabbing at it fnest, they couldnt care about the person just how fat ya wallet is.

I cannot recommend Meena enough! The past 6 months she has been absolutely amazing! I've gone from having no smile to having the perfect smile all in time and ready for my wedding in a few weeks. Her level of care and hard work has been out of this world. Thank you Meena and your assistant for everything you have done for me. You truly are one in a million. My wife rang for an appointment as a filling they done had fallen out. Was told no longer on the nhs list but happy to do it private for a small fortune. No notice of removal. You only find out when you want to use the service you think you have. Gone elsewhere local straight on the nhs list and a far better service.

I've been a patient here for over 30 years now and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. My usual dentist left so I've now got a new dentist, Meena, who is really lovely. She and her nurse were so professional, friendly and gentle. I'm very happy with the treatment I received which was completely pain free. Thank you.

Had fantastic composite bonding treatment with Meena and Maddison. Over the moon with the results and the difference this has made….no injections needed either! Very pleased.

Have been told by another patient that they receive reminder letters so the receptionist lied to me.Just phoned Hilton to see if they have an emergency appt as have toothache & was informed that I am no longer on their books, the rude receptionist informed me that because of covid they no longer send out reminder letters for checkups & its left to the patient to call them, they do not send texts because they have so many patients it would be impossible to do it (my doctors do send texts & i'm sure they have a lot more patients than Hilton do) they've also removed my daughter because she cancelled a appointment & never rebooked a new one.Since we joined there we've had multiple different dentists who i'm guessing were there to complete their training, i've had crowns & fillings fall out that Hilton have fitted & funnily enough the tooth that is hurting has a filling in it that was done by Hilton

Best dentist I have ever been with. Staff are all excellent and treatment is pain free. If you worry about visiting the dentist then come here and you will not worry anymore. Minster Isle of Sheppey

They have cancelled our appointment twice with myself and my heavily pregnant wife without a reasonable explanation. They then informed us that the dentist practice can no longer take on new patients after we have waited to see them since January 2023.This dentist practice is the worst and if we were informed this at the start we will never have bothered to registered with them
