Fortunate to be a student under Coach Jon from the Holyhead Academy in PMA Amlwch. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone of all abilities, shapes, sizes and ages. My only regret is not beginning my Jiu Jitsu journey sooner. The hardest part is having the courage to walk through the door for the first time, once you’ve overcome that, it’ll be the beginning of the rest of your life. All you need to do is be committed, consistent and patient with yourself then each week you’ll notice your own progression and development, technically, physically and mentally.

I have been attending for around 3 months now, I've learned so much in that time and enjoyed every second of it. Instructor is very knowledgeable, and makes each session fun yet very educational.Highly recommend to anyone looking to get out the house and start a new hobby, keen to learn learn self defence or even work on fitness.
