Very professional and very friendly is 2 years now that they take care of my 2 rats.Because of my job it often happens that I have to cancel and make another appointment at the last minute and they have always been kind and patient in finding the solution that best suits my schedules.A year ago I had to take down one of my rats and they were fantastic to stand by and support me in all the proceedings and decision making with infinite sensitivity and sweetness.Super super super super recommended!
